Ingredients
Take one and a half cup boiled chickpeas, four bread slices, two teaspoons tahini, 5-6 garlic cloves, salt as per taste, crushed black peppers, and two chopped green chillies.
What Else Do You Need?
Take 2-3 teaspoons of extra virgin oil, chopped onions, capsicums and tomatoes, two teaspoons coriander leaves, one teaspoon lemon juice, parsley sprigs, and lettuce.
Preparation
Take a grinder jar, add tahini, garlic, salt, crushed black peppers, and extra virgin olive oil. Grind the ingredients to form a coarse paste.
Transfer
Take a bowl and transfer the coarse paste into it. Then add capsicums, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and lemon juice, and mix well.
Bread Slices
Once all the ingredients are mixed properly, take a piece of bread and place a lettuce leaf on it. Then put a generous amount of chickpea salad on top of the lettuce.
Garnish and Serve
Once all the breads are topped up with chickpea salad, garnish some parsley sprigs on it and serve.
