Ingredients
Take 150 grams finely chopped green chillies, one and a half teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf), one teaspoon mustard seeds, two teaspoons of oil, and salt as per taste.
What Else Do You Need?
One teaspoon cumin seeds, one-fourth teaspoon asafoetida (hing), one teaspoon coriander powder, one teaspoon amchur, and one-fourth teaspoon turmeric powder.
Preparation
Take a grinder jar, add mustard seeds and fennel seeds in it, and grind until it forms a coarse powder.
Green Chillies
Heat oil in a non-stick pan on a medium flame. Then add cumin seeds, green chillies, and asafoetida. Sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
Add Other Ingredients
After sautéing, add the grinded powder, coriander powder, amchur, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Cool and Serve
Once it is cooked, take the pan off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down a little bit. Once it's lukewarm, transfer in a serving bowl and serve.
