Ingredients
Take 15+20 blue pea flowers, one and a half cup short grain rice, two teaspoon sesame oil, one teaspoon chopped garlic, half teaspoon chopped ginger, and salt to taste.
What Else Do You Need?
Two chopped spring onions, one teaspoon chopped celery, 4-5 baby corns, one small carrot, white pepper powder, and one teaspoon veg stock powder.
More Ingredients
One-fourth cup boiled peas, one teaspoon fried garlic, one teaspoon chopped spring onion, and fried crackers.
Preparation
Take a deep pan, boil 4-5 cups of water in it. After four to five minutes, add 15-20 blue pea flowers in it.
Drain
Once the water turns deep blue, drain the flowers and add rice in it. When the mixture comes to boil, lower the flame and cook for 10-12 minutes by covering it.
Sesame Oil
While the rice is resting for 10-15 minutes, take a pan and heat sesame oil in it. Add ginger, garlic, and spring onion bulbs, sauté it for a minute.
Add Other Ingredients
After sautéing the vegetables, add carrots, baby corn, salt, white pepper powder, and veg stock powder. Mix them well and sauté for a minute.
Mix Everything
Once the rice is cooked properly, add green peas, fried garlic, and spring onions. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated.
Serve
Once the blue fried rice is ready, garnish it with fried garlic, spring onion greens and serve with hot fried crackers.
