Ingredients
Two cups of green peas, 200 grams of paneer, an inch of ginger, two green chillies, one tablespoon ghee, one tablespoon chaat masala, half tablespoon aamchur, half tablespoon garam masala, half tablespoon mix veg masala, half tablespoon jeera powder, salt to taste, a few coriander leaves, and oat powder for binding.
Blend peas
Take a mixer and add peas, green chillies and grated ginger. Blend it well into a smooth paste and roast it in ghee for a minute.
Add spices
Now, add chaat masala, aamchur, garam masala, mix veg masala, jeera powder, and salt to taste. Mix it well.
Prepare dough
Add crumbled paneer with chopped coriander leaves to the pea mixture. Combine everything together to make a soft dough.
Shape tikkis
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into small round patties. Coat with oat powder and shallow fry tikkis until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve
Place the tikkis on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve it hot with mint chutney or ketchup on the side.
