Ethereal beauty Aditi Rao Hydari recently shared a mouthwatering recipe of Hyderabadi Khagina that can be a perfect pick for breakfast. Check out the simple steps to prepare at home and enjoy with loved ones.

Ingredients

Take one red onion, two green chillies, one teaspoon oil, ginger-garlic paste, three eggs, 3-5 cloves of garlic, one teaspoon red chilli powder, salt, coriander, and bread/flatbread.

Preparation

Dice the red onions into moon-shaped pieces. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan, then add ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Sauté them together.

Eggs

Once Sautéed, crack open the three eggs into the pan, making sure they remain intact (don’t break it or mix it). Add salt to taste and cover with a lid on low flame.

Ellipaya Karam Chutney

While the Khagina is cooking, grind garlic, salt, and red chilli powder together properly. Once the chutney is ready, pour it over the eggs.

Enjoy!

Once the chutney and eggs are ready, you can garnish coriander on top. Your Khagina is now ready to be enjoyed with bread or flatbread.
