Ingredients
To make homemade frooti, you need two ripe mangoes, one raw mango, half a cup of sugar
or stevia, 5-6 cups of water, and two lemons or limes.
Pressure cook mangoes
Peel and chop the mangoes. Now, add them to the pressure cooker with one cup of water. Cook for 1-2 whistles until soft and mushy.
Blend ingredients
Let the mangoes cool down to room temperature. Add mangoes, stevia, water, and lemon juice to a mixer. Blend it until smooth and creamy.
Strain the mixture
Now, strain the mixture through a sieve to remove extra fibre and pulp from the drink. Add water as required.
Serve
Transfer the mango frooti to glasses. Add ice cubes on top and serve it chilled to kids during hot summer weather
