Ingredients
Two cups Milk, apples, papaya, grapes, pomegranate seeds, bananas, mango, strawberries, one cup fresh cream, one tbsp Hung curd, one tbsp sugar, two tbsp milkmaid, four tbsp Rabdi, half tsp green cardamom powder, strawberry syrup, pistachios, silver vark.
Heat milk
Heat milk and reduce to make rabdi. You have to allow it to cool down completely before mixing it into the cream.
Combine fresh cream
In a mixing bowl, combine fresh cream, hung curd, powdered sugar, milkmaid, cardamom powder, and rabdi that was made earlier.
Chop fruits
Now, chop all fruits evenly, and fold the fruits into the flavoured cream thoroughly to coat the fruits completely.
Serve
Chill for 1–2 hours, drizzle with strawberry syrup, and garnish with pistachios and silver vark before serving.
