Ingredients
One cup of boiled corn, one cup of spinach, half a cup of gram flour, one onion, half a carrot, two green chillies, one tsp of ginger, one tsp of cumin seeds, and fresh coriander.
Prepare the Corn
You have to boil a cup of corn and blend it somewhat coarsely. You have to avoid smooth or fine paste formation.
Make the Batter
In a bowl, combine blended corn, spinach, gram flour, vegetables, spices, and water to form a batter.
Cook the Chilla
Put a skillet on the fire, grease it lightly, spread two teaspoons of the batter, and cook both sides till golden and crisp.
Serve and Garnish
Top with grated low-fat paneer if desired, and serve hot along with chutney or plain fresh yoghurt.
