Ingredients
Take 200 grams of button mushrooms, seven finely chopped garlic cloves, one finely chopped green onion, and pepper.

Take one litre vegetable broth, two teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, three sprigs of thyme leaves, and salt as per taste.
Preparation
Wash and chop the mushrooms, garlic, and thyme leaves. Keep them aside for later use.
Saute
Take a saucepan, heat two tablespoons of olive oil. Then add chopped garlic and thyme leaves to it and saute for a minute.
Green Onion
