Ingredients
Two cups thickened cream/heavy cream/whipping cream, 35% milk fat, half a cup powdered sugar, three-fourths cup mango pulp, and three drops yellow food colouring.
Whisk cream and sugar
Whisk together two cups of thickened cream and half a cup of powdered sugar in a large bowl for two minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
Add mango pulp
Puree two mangoes in a blender. Whisk for an additional two minutes until the mixture is creamy after adding three-fourths cup of mango pulp.
Optional colour
Add three drops of yellow food colouring and whisk until combined to create a vibrant yellow colour.
Freeze the mixture
Place the mixture in a freezer-safe jar, put a lid on it, and freeze it for eight hours, or until it solidifies completely.
Serve
Serve a scoop of ice cream. After soaking the scoop in warm water, remove the ice cream. Garnish with tutti frutti and serve.
