Losing weight is almost an uphill battle. It is a fact that the eating habits that people are accustomed to can never help us lose weight. People eat fried food; People eat food that is high on fat and calories that make them gain weight. So, if you are trying to lose weight, the first thing that you need to get done is amend your eating habits. Diet is the thing that can help you lose weight but still there is no special food that will alone help you to lose weight. You will have to take a balanced diet to lose weight effectively and fast.

There could be many ways to lose weight but then diet can be a primary and the most effective factor to lose weight. We just need to balance our diet and eating habits. You can start by fixing your water consumption habits because it is true that people do not consume enough water on daily basis. You must know that your body loses approximate 750 ml of water daily through urination, sweating and so on and drinking 8 to 10 glasses water will help you retain that water. So, try and consume 8 to 10 glasses of water regularly to compensate that loss if water. Another thing that you can do is include complex carbohydrates in your diet like ragi, bajra, jowar and oats because these foods can help you feel full for longer time and can help you lose weight while maintaining a healthy diet.
