In this video, MediSkool Health Services doctor Priti Nanda Sibbal tells you about the usage of ragi flour in recipes. As per her, you can make delicious cheelas or idlis from ragi; you just have to mix half portion suji and half portion ragi. You can even make tasty laddus with ragi and finely chopped walnuts. Or you can just use ragi flour to make panjiri by adding dry fruits in roasted ragi flour and sugar. Ragi is not just for taste but the health benefits are there also, Ragi is rich source of anti-oxidants, iron and calcium.
