There are times in life when people realize that they need to change. Yes, there are certain qualities and traits that we wish to alter, remove or just plainly change in ourselves. In most the cases, people try to eliminate the negative qualities that are hampering their own personal growth, their relationship with others, that are knowingly and unknowingly hurting their loved ones, such as bad temper, moodiness, narcissism, self centeredness and so on. The problem is that changing a habit, a trait or a quality in us is not as easy as it seems, there are conflicts that keep us from attaining our goals. For e.g. mostly people have bad temper, they snap at the littlest things. They do know that they have a bad temper and even try to control it but they are not able to do it because controlling a trait or a habit that has been a part of your personality for quite some time is not easy.
