5 Yoga Asanas To Get Rid Of Physical Weakness
If you often often feel drained out and weakness in your body, you can practice a set of yoga asanas that can strengthen your body muscles. These simple yogasanas if practiced over a period of time can go a long way in increasing your strength.
Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose)
Steps
- Fold both the legs and sit in a kneeling position
- Sit comfortably on your calf muscles
- Place your palms on your knees
- Keep your neck straight
- Hold the pose for at least one minute
- Do five such sets
2. Santolanasana (Plank Pose)
- Get on your palms and knees
- Raise the buttocks and straighten the knees
- Keep you neck straight
- Exhale and hold your pose
- Gently lower the knees to the floor
- Hold the position for a minute
3. Chaturanga Dandasana (Low Plank)
- Come in plank pose with your hands under your shoulders
- Hold for five seconds and move backwards
- Repeat
- Do five sets
4. Veerbhadrasana (Warrior Pose)
- Stand straight with your legs wide apart
- Bend your right knee
- Lift both arms sideways
- Breathe slowly
- Now repeat on the other side
- Hold this pose for a minute
- Do five such sets
5. Malasana (Galrland Pose)
- Squat on your feet
- Place your arms on knees
- Keep your back straight
- Close your eyes and breathe gently
- Hold this pose for a minute
These asanas have to be practiced very carefully and consistently.
