Virasana
Bend your knees keeping the toes backwards as you sit between your feet. Keeping the spine straight, roll to one side to relax the legs as you exit the pose.
Baddha Konasana
Put the soles of your feet together while bending knees to the side. Stretch and pull the heels closer to the body. Focus on relaxing and letting the tension go.
Janu Shirshsana
Stretch both of your legs out in front of you. Lift the body, while slowly exhaling and walking your hands back.
Sarvangasana
Lie on your back and raise your legs while supporting your lower back. Your hips are eventually required to leave the mat.
