Ingredients

Two onions, one tsp cardamom seeds (ajwain), four tsp gram flour, two tsp rice flour, one tsp red chilli powder, half tsp coriander powder, half tsp garam masala powder, salt, two tsp fresh coriander leaves, oil.

Prepare the Ingredients

Finely chop onions and coriander. Sprinkle the onions with salt, then mix all the dry spices and flours.

Make the batter

Adding one or two spoonfuls of water, prepare a thick batter and finish by adding hot oil for crispiness.

Fry the Pakoras

Heat oil, drop small portions of batter, fry on low and then on high flame until golden, crisp, and cooked.

Serve warm and enjoy

Serve hot with tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, or pizza pasta sauce. Excellent for snack foods, especially during monsoons, with a lot of tea.
