Maintain sanitation, clean and dry yourself properly after changing sanitary napkins to avoid any kind of allergies.
GENTLE PRODUCTS
Use gentle menstrual products that are free from chemicals and gentle on your skin. Always read product labels before buying them as chemical-based products can disbalance the pH of vagina.
MAINTAIN HYGIENIC ENVIRONMENT
Keep your bathroom and living space clean and hygienic. Keep a separate dustbin for used napkins. Wash your hands properly and take a daily shower.
