Ingredients
One cup of oats, one cup of dates, one-fourth cup of cashews, one-fourth cup of almonds, two tablespoons of flax seeds, one tablespoon of ghee, and half a tablespoon of cardamom powder.
Roast oats
Take a pan and add it with rolled oats. Roast them for five minutes on a medium flame until golden brown.
Prepare dates
In the same pan, add dates with a little bit of water. Mash and cook them on low heat until they turn into a paste.
Roast nuts
Take a separate pan and add ghee with flax seeds, cashews, and almonds. Roast it for two minutes.
Combine ingredients
Now, add the date mixture, roasted oats, and cardamom powder to this. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Shape ladoos
Let the mixture cool down for sometime. Grease ghee in your hand and shape the ladoos into small circles. Set the ladoos for 10 minutes and serve.
