Miracle Soup Recipe For Pregnant Women

Ingredients

Three tomatoes, one big carrot, one big onion, one-fourth of a bottle of gourd, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of black pepper, salt to taste, coconut cream, fresh parsley, one inch of ginger, two cloves of garlic, one cup of water, and a few coriander leaves.

Slice vegetables

Start by thoroughly washing all the vegetables. Slice tomatoes, carrots, onions, and bottle gourd into small pieces.

Cook vegetables

Take a pressure cooker and add chopped vegetables, parsley, ginger, garlic, salt, and water. Cook it for 4-5 whistles.

Blend vegetables

Add the boiled vegetables to a mixer and blend it into a smooth puree. You can add water to this as per consistency.

Cook soup

Heat one tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add salt, cumin seeds, and black pepper. Add the blended puree to this and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Garnish

Turn off the flame and transfer to a bowl. Garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves on top. Serve it warm.
