Ingredients
One cup of ragi flour, half a cup of grated jaggery powder, 1-2 tablespoons of ghee, two tablespoons of roasted gram flour, one-fourth cup of chopped almonds, cashews, one tablespoon of sesame seeds, and half a teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Roast ragi flour
Take a pan and add ragi flour. Roast the ragi flour while stirring continuously on a low flame for 10-12 minutes.
Add gram flour
Add roasted gram flour with ghee to the pan and combine it well. Cook it for 1-2 minutes and stir well.
Add jaggery powder
Now, add the jaggery powder to the pan. Cook this for 2-3 minutes until the jaggery is melted. Combine it well with ragi.
Add dried fruits
Add chopped cashews and almonds with the cardamom powder. Combine it well with the mixture.
Shape ladoos
Turn off the flame and grease your hands with ghee. Take small portions and shape them into ladoos.
