Herbal Jaggery Tea Recipe To Get Relief From Period Cramps

Ingredients

To make this tea, you need only three ingredients: 3-4 tulsi leaves, 1-2 tablespoons of jaggery, an inch of ginger, two cups of water, a pinch of cinnamon, a teaspoon of fennel seeds, and half a teaspoon of carom seeds.

How to make jaggery tea?

Boil water in a saucepan and add tulsi leaves, ginger, fennel seeds, carrom seeds and cinnamon powder. Let it boil for 10 minutes.

Add jaggery and simmer

Now, add jaggery powder to the tea and let it simmer on a low flame until the jaggery completely dissolves. Strain the tea.

How to drink?

Drink this tea twice a day, once on an empty stomach and once before bedtime, to get relief from period cramps.
