Ingredients
Three-fourth cup of aliv seeds, one cup of coconut water, one-fourth cup of ghee, one and a half cups of jaggery, half a cup of chopped almonds, half a cup of grated coconut, and one teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Soak aliv seeds
Take a bowl and add coconut water to it. Soak aliv seeds in this for about half an hour.
Melt ghee and jaggery
Take a pan and add ghee with jaggery in it. Cook it until the jaggery is melted and stir it well.
Combine ingredients
Take a bowl and add soaked aliv seeds, melted jaggery, chopped almonds, grated coconut, and cardamom powder.
Cook the mixture
Transfer the mixture into the same pan and cook it for about 4-5 minutes until it starts to thicken. Stir it continuously to avoid burning.
Shape ladoo
Grease your palms with ghee and roll the ladoos while the mixture is still hot. Garnish it with chopped almonds on top and serve.
