Ingredients
Half a cup of edible gond, two cups of whole wheat flour, one cup of ghee, half a cup of jaggery powder, one fourth cup of grated nuts (cashews, almonds, coconut), two teaspoons of cardamom powder.
Melt gond
Take a pan and add ghee with gond in it. Cook it until it becomes soft, and then crush it and transfer it to a plate.
Heat whole wheat flour
In the same pan add, ghee with whole flour. Roast and cook the atta until it becomes golden brown.
Roast nuts
Now, add the remaining ghee to the pan with cashews, almonds, and coconut. Roast the nuts for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Combine ingredients
Transfer the roasted atta, roasted nuts, and roasted gond to a larger plate. Stir it well to combine all the ingredients.
Shape ladoo
Let the mixture cool down for sometime and shape the ladoos by greasing your hands with ghee. Make small balls and set them on a plate.
