Ingredients
One cup dried figs, one cup dates, two tablespoons of ghee, half cup almonds, half cup cashews, half cup walnuts, half cup dry coconut, half a cup of raisin , and one-third of cardamom powder.
Soak anjeer
Start by deseeding all the dates. Soak the dates and anjeer in a cup of warm water. Keep it soaked overnight and strain the water in the morning.
Roast dry fruits
Heat ghee in a pan and add almonds, cashews, and pistachios and dry roast them for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Saute anjeer
Add soaked dates and anjeer to the pan. Saute the dates and anjeer on a medium flame until it softens.
Combine ingredients
Heat ghee in pan and add dates-anjeer paste, cardamom powder, jaggery and saffron. Stir it well to combine the mixture.
Shape ladoo
Grease your hands with ghee and take small parts of ladoo mixture. Shape the portions into small balls and set them aside.
