Add saunf (fennel seeds) and jeera (cumin seeds) have digestive enzymes. It help reduce bloating.

Corinader and mint for freshness

Add coriander and mint leaves to add freshness. Mint eases digestion and prevents nausea. Coriander is rich in antioxidants that help flush out toxins from the body.

How to make?

Take a mixer and add greek yoghurt (curd), a teaspoon of fennel seeds, a teaspoon of jeera seeds, chopped coriander leaves, and a few mint leaves. Blend it together and serve.
