Ingredients
Two medium bananas, half a bowl of thick curd/yoghurt, one glass of cold milk, honey or sugar, a pinch of cardamom powder and ice cubes.
Blend ingredients
Take a bowl and add banana, sugar, and curd. Blend it well for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.
Add milk
Now, pour milk and add ice cubes to the blended ingredients. Blend the lassi until smooth, creamy and frothy.
Garnish and serve
Pour the lassi into different glasses and add crushed dry fruits on tip. Sprinkle some cardamom powder and serve.
