Ingredients
2-3 slices of sourdough or multi grain bread, one ripe Avocado, a pinch of sea salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, 4-5 cherry tomatoes, and half a lemon.
Toast bread
Toast the sourdough or multi grain bread on a pan until golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
Smash avocado
Take a bowl and add ripe avocado, sea salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and lemon juice. Combine and mash it together.
Add toppings
Now, add the prepared avocado filling on the toasted bread. Add cherry tomatoes on top and sprinkle some black pepper.
Add tofu and egg
You can also add poached egg or tofu pieces on the toast. This will add protein and keep you full for longer.
Garnish and serve
Drizzle some olive oil and some sesame seeds on top. Serve the toast with a cup of coffee. It will energise you instantly.
