Ingredients
One cup of boiled chole (chickpeas), one chopped cucumber, one chopped tomato, one chopped small onion, 4-5 green chillies, two tablespoons of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, fresh coriander leaves, half a cup of paneer, salt and pepper to taste.
Soak and boil chickpeas
Soak chickpeas overnight in water and drain the water in the morning. Cook the soaked chickpeas with a pinch of salt and water until soft.
Prepare vegetables
Peel and finely chop cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and fresh coriander leaves. Add it to a large salad bowl.
Assemble the salad
Now, add the boiled chickpeas to the bowl. Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Mix and serve
Add fresh coriander leaves and grated paneer or paneer cubes. Toss it well to combine and serve.
