Ingredients
1 kg napa cabbage, salt according to taste, two tablespoons of rice flour, one cup of vegetable stock, three tablespoons of brown sugar, one tablespoon of peeled ginger, one chopped onion, one cup of Korean hot pepper flakes, six sliced green onions, and one sliced carrot, one tablespoon of sesame seeds, and one tablespoon of sesame oil.
Slice cabbages
Wash the cabbage and slice the cabbage into 4-5 pieces. Sprinkle some salt and leave the cabbage slices in it for 30 minutes atleast.
Boil vegetables
Take a saucepan and add rice flour, vegetable stock, and brown sugar. Boil this for 2-3 minutes and grind it with ginger and garlic into a fine mixture.
Add spices and vegetables.
Next, take a bowl and add the cabbage pieces with the spice mixture, green onions, salt, and hot pepper flakes. Combine them together and coat the cabbages well.
Garnish
Garnish the kimchi with sesame seeds and sesame oil on top. Toss it well to combine all the ingredients.
