Healthy Cabbage Momos Recipe For Evening Snack

Ingredients

One cabbage, one cup of chopped onions, one cup of chopped carrot, two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of chilli sauce, ginger, garlic, one tablespoon of vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste

Blanch cabbage

Take a cabbage and cut its stalk, and separate all the leaves. Blanch the cabbage in boiling water for about three minutes.

Saute vegetables

Take a pan and add onions, and carrots with salt and pepper. Add chilli sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce, and combine well.

Assemble cabbage momos

Take cabbage leaves and put the vegetable filling inside. Roll and fold the cabbage leaves properly into small parcels.

Steam cabbage momos

Nicely place cabbage momos in a steamer and cook them for about five minutes. Serve hot with spicy schezwan sauce.
