Ingredients
Two tablespoons of chia seeds, one cup of milk, one tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of dry fruit mix (almonds, raisins, cashews, pistachios), half a tablespoon of vanilla extract, one-fourth tablespoon of cardamom powder, and one-third cup of fresh fruits.
Combine milk and chia seeds
Take a bowl and add milk with chia seeds in it. Combine it well together to avoid lump formation.
Add honey
Now, add honey and vanilla extract to the bowl. This will add natural sweetness and flavour to the pudding.
Refrigerate
Whisk this well, cover the bowl with a lid, and refrigerate it overnight . This will make pudding thick and creamy.
Add dry fruits
Layer the chia pudding with chopped dry fruits and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top. Refrigerate this for 20 minutes.
Garnish
Garnish the chia pudding with fresh fruits on top and serve. You can also add grated coconut on top.
