Ingredients
One cup of coconut milk, three-fourth cup of coconut flakes, half a cup of chia seeds, one tablespoon of Greek yoghurt, one tablespoon of honey, and half a teaspoon of cocoa powder.
Soak chia seeds
Take a bowl and add half a cup of chia seeds with half a cup of water. Leave it soaked for four hours or keep it overnight.
Add greek yoghurt
Add one tablespoon of Greek yoghurt to the soaked chia seeds. It is rich in probiotics, which helps improve gut health.
Add cocoa powder and honey
Add a tablespoon of honey and half a teaspoon of cocoa powder. Stir it well to combine the ingredients.
Add coconut milk with coconut flakes
Now, pour some coconut milk and add coconut flakes for added crunch. Refrigerate it for a few hours or overnight. Eat it as a pre- or post-workout snack.
