Ingredients
One cup of makhanas, one cup of milk, one medium-sized apple, three seedless dates, two teaspoons of chia seeds, one-fourth cup of water, one-fourth teaspoon cinnamon powder, aand one teaspoon of peanut butter
Soak chia seeds
Take a small bowl and add chia seeds with water. Soak them for atleast two hours.
