Ingredients

Two amla, one-fourth cup of water, and two tablespoons of chia seeds

Soak chia seeds

Take a bowl and add chia seeds with water. Soak the chia seeds overnight or for atleast 4-5 hours.

Extract amla juice

Take a blender and add deseeded amla with a little water. Grind it for a few minutes to make a smooth paste.

Strain juice

Strain the juice using a sieve to remove any amla residue and pulp.

Add chia seeds

Now, add the soaked chia seeds to the strained amla juice. You can also squeeze some lemon juice in it.
