To make this detox water, all you need is one sliced cucumber, one sliced lemon, and 10-12 mint leaves (pudina).

Start by thoroughly washing and peeling the outer layer of the cucumber. Now, slice the cucumber and lemon.

Take a big pitcher of normal water and add sliced cucumbers, sliced lemon, and mint leaves. Add ice cubes and let it infuse for atleast two hours or overnight.
