Ingredients
5-6 dates, a handful of raisins, one glass of almond milk, 2-3 almonds, a pinch of cinnamon, and a teaspoon of chia seeds.
Soak dates and raisins
Take dates and raisins and soak them in warm water for about 15-20 minutes. This will soften the dates.
Blend dates with milk
Add soaked dates with raisins and almond milk to a mixer. Blend this for 2-3 minutes until it is smooth and creamy.
Add soaked almonds
Add 2-3 soaked almonds to this shake for added crunch and a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavour.
Add chia seeds
Now, add a teaspoon of chia seeds to the shake and stir it well. This will provide fibre and improve the digestion process.
