Ingredients
To make corn chaat you need one cup of sweet corn, one chopped (cucumber, tomato, onion and green chilli), one tablespoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, half a teaspoon of black pepper, two tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves, and salt as per your taste.
Boil sweet corns
Take the sweet corn and add it to a pan with salt and water. Boil them for 4-5 minutes until they are soft and tender. Drain the excess water and let it cool down.
Finely chop vegetables
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables. Finely chop cucumber, tomato, onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
Assemble the chaat
Take the boiled sweet corn and add it to the bowl. Add finely chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chillies.
Add spices
Now, add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and green chillies. Mix it well with the corn.
Garnish and serve
Garnish the chaat with chopped coriander leaves on top. Squeeze half a lemon, toss it again to mix, and serve.
