Ingredients
One cup of rajma (kidney beans), one onion, one tomato, one cucumber, two tablespoons of coriander leaves, two tablespoons of olive oil, one lemon, salt and pepper according to taste, one teaspoon of chaat masala, and half a teaspoon of cumin powder.
Soak and rajma
Take a bowl and add one cup of rajma with two cups of water. Soak them overnight and drain the water. Boil the beans for some time until soft.
Chop vegetables
Now, peel the onion, tomato, cucumber, and coriander leaves and chop them into smaller pieces.
Prepare dressing
Take a small bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss it well to combine everything.
Assemble rajma salad
Take a salad bowl and add boiled kidney beans, diced vegetables, and prepared dressing on top.
Add flavours
Sprinkle some chaat masala and cumin powder on top. Toss the salad to combine all the ingredients.
