Ingredients
Two cups of sweet corn, 3-4 cups of water, a teaspoon of salt, one-fourth teaspoon of black pepper powder, two tablespoons of (corn flour and rice flour), a tablespoon of maida, a teaspoon of (ginger, garlic, and green chilli), 1-2 spring onions, half a teaspoon of (salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and amchur), half a cup of chopped (onion and capsicum), one lemon, and half a tablespoon of coriander leaves.
Boil sweet corn
Take the sweet corn and add it to a pan with salt. Boil them for 4-5 minutes until they are soft and tender. Drain the excess water and let it cool down.
Coat sweet corn
Make a mixture of corn flour, rice flour, maida, water, salt, and black pepper. Add your sweet corn to this and coat it evenly.
Fry the corn
Now, heat the oil in a pan and add your corn to this. Fry the corn in this until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Finely chop vegetables
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables. Finely chop onion, spring onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
Season and serve
Now, saute the chopped vegetables with fried corn. Add salt, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, black pepper, amchur and red chilli powder. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
