INGREDIENTS
To DIY this Korean mask, you will need only two easy-to-find ingredients: two tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel and two tablespoons of rice water.
PREPARE RICE WATER
Wash 1/2 cup of rice with water to get rid of dirt. Put the clean rice in a dish and put 1-2 cups of water in it. Move the rice around in circles, then pour out the water it's mixed with into another bowl.
EXTRACT ALOE VERA
Take a new aloe vera plant and take out the aloe vera by using a spoon. Make sure you have two spoonfuls of aloe vera gel.
MIX THEM
Combine the same amount of aloe vera gel and rice water in a clean bowl. Mix the mixture well until it becomes smooth.
APPLICATION
Wash your face to get rid of any makeup or dirt. Put on the mask all over your face with clean fingers or a brush.
RELAX AND WAIT
Let the mask stay on your face for 15–20 minutes. This aloe vera and rice water mask contains vitamin E, which can nourish your skin.
RINSE OFF
After 20 minutes, carefully wash off the mask with warm water. Use a clean, cotton towel to wipe your face.
MOISTURISE
Use your usual moisturiser or coconut oil to keep the moisture in. Apply this mask thrice a week for best results.
