INGREDIENTS
To follow this recipe you will need only one ingredient, which is raw rice. Rice is enriched with ferulic acid, PABA, and phytic acid extracts that can help to improve skin texture.
CLEAN RICE
Take half cup of raw rice and clean it. Then rinse it twice with water.
COOK RICE
Mix the rinsed rice in a pot with two cups of water. Place it over heat to let it boil. Soon you will observe turbidity at the water.
STRAIN WATER
After boiling of rice, strain the rice water into a clear bowl or container. The cloudy water will serve as that for the facemask.
COOK RICE WATER
Now, take this rice water and cook it for 5 minutes and then let it cool at room temperature.
APPLY THE FACE MASK
Apply the rice water on your clean face using a cotton ball or pad. Wipe it off after like 15-20 min; wash your face using the cold water.
