Why foot spa?

Ingredients
Half a cup of Epsom salt, hot water, essential oils like lavender or peppermint, and carrier oils like coconut or jojoba oil.
Prepare for foot spa
Take a big tub with hot water and add Epsom salt or sea salt to it. Add your favourite essential and stir it well.
Soak feet
Soak your feet in this tub for 15-20 minutes. Relax yourself to soothe sore muscles. You can also add shampoo or shower gel for a soapy solution.
Scrub
Apply cuticle oil to each and leave it for 3-4 minutes. Apply a scrub and exfoliate your feet using a pumice stone. This will remove dead skin cells and give softer feet.
Foot massage
Apply body butter or coconut oil to your feet and gently massage it for 5-7 minutes. This helps hydrate cracked heels.
Moisturise
Trim and shape your nails. Apply shea butter or body lotion for soft and supple skin. Do this once in 20-30 minutes.
