CINNAMON
Cinnamon has antibacterial properties that help cleanse and soothe the skin, making it the ideal ingredient for a post-Holi face mask.
INGREDIENTS
You will need 4 tablespoons of cinnamon powder, half a cup of yoghurt, and 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder.
MIX IT
Mix all the ingredients to form a thick paste-like consistency. Apply it evenly to your face, focusing on the areas where the colours are intense. Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
RINSE IT OFF
Rinse the mask with lukewarm water, making sure all the colour and mask are removed. Clean your face with a soft towel.
CONCLUSION
While cinnamon is generally safe for most skin types, it’s best to test a small area before applying the mask all over the face to avoid any side effects.
