Ingredients
Two tablespoons of chia seeds, one cup of water, two tablespoons of raw milk, a tablespoon of milk, two tablespoons of aloe vera gel, a teaspoon of rose water and one capsule of vitamin E.
Soak chia seeds
Wash chia seeds and soak them in one cup of water. Leave them for 20 minutes to form a gel-like paste.
Blend chia seeds
Add chia seeds to a mixer with raw milk and honey. Blend it for 2-3 minutes until it is a smooth mixture.
Add aloe vera gel and rose water
Strain the chia seed paste and add aloe vera gel, rosewater and a vitamin E capsule to it. Combine all the ingredients well.
Apply
Apply the gel evenly to your damp skin and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
When to use?
Use this gel 1-2 times a week to tighten your skin. It helps improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
