Exposure To UV Rays

During winter, basking in the sun causes the skin to become tanned. Even direct sun exposure leads to more dark-pigmented patches.

Treatment

There are several ways to prevent skin darkening throughout the winter. You can avoid direct sun exposure, apply moisturisers before going outside, drink enough water and avoid fatty foods.
