Ingredients
5-6 amlas, 8-10 curry leaves, 8-10 mint leaves, one inch of ginger, one-fourth tablespoon of black pepper, half a tablespoon of cumin powder, one-fourth tablespoon of salt, and half a cup of water.
Soak amla
Start by thoroughly washing amla. Soak them for a few hours or leave them overnight. This will soften the amla.
Blend amla
Cut the amla into small pieces and add it to the mixer with curry leaves, mint leaves, ginger, black pepper, cumin seeds, salt, and water.
Strain the juice
Blend the shot for two minutes until smooth. Strain the consistency using a sieve to remove the pulp.
Add lemon juice
Now, mix the extracted juice with water and squeeze some lemon juice in it. Add honey for the added sweetness.
Drink shot
Fill the shot cups with this and refrigerate for a few hours. Drink this on an empty stomach for a month for better results.
