Unilateral thickening of the uterine lining, of prevalent aetiology. Estrogen can produce irregular bleeding or spotting.
Uterine Polyps
These benign uterine growths may cause irregular uterine bleeding during or after menopause and may require surgical removal.
Endometrial Atrophy
The decline in the postmenopausal hormones can cause thinning of the endometrial lining. in turn leads to the fragility of blood vessels and bleeding from the vagina.
