Palming
Rub the palms to warm them up; put them over your closed eyes and just relax, letting the tensions and their manifestation in eye strain melt away.
Near-Far Focus
Look at your thumb, then something at a distance, repeat this to bring more power to focus and eye flexibility.
Eye Clock Rotation
Roll your eyes in a circle, tracing the clockwise and counterclockwise direction of a clock.
Pencil Push-ups
Raise a pencil slowly toward your nose, maintaining focus to train eye convergence.
