WET YOUR HANDS

Wash your hands with a soap bar or liquid soap. Make sure that the soap doesn't carry any properties that can harm your skin.
LATHER THOROUGHLY
Lather thoroughly with your hands and cover all parts.
SCRUB FOR 20 SECONDS
Wash your hands thoroughly for at least twenty seconds or longer between your fingers and under your fingernails.
RINSE WELL
Wash your hands thoroughly in running water to get rid of soap.
DRY YOUR HANDS
Dry your hands thoroughly using a clean towel or an air dryer. Use natural fibres like cotton or linen towels.
