Benefits of ghee tea

Ghee tea is a good source of omega-3, and fatty acids, which help boost metabolism. Drinking ghee tea every morning helps regulate easier bowel movements.

Ingredients

Tea leaves, one tablespoon of ghee, half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and half a teaspoon of carom seeds (ajwain).

Brew black tea

Take a pan and add a few tea leaves to it with one cup of water. Let it simmer.

Add cinnamon and carom seeds

Now, add carrom seeds and cinnamon powder to the tea while brewing. Brew it for a few minutes.

Strain tea

Turn off the flame and strain the tree through a sieve.

Add ghee

Now, add one tablespoon of ghee to the brewed tea. Stir thoroughly and drink warm.
